Hi, I'm Wendy Kidd. I love people and weddings. As an old friend once told me, I have never met a stranger. Yes, I'm the one who talks to people in grocery store lines. I began in this industry first as a venue event manager, and through that, I found my true passion is helping brides and grooms creating their perfect wedding. With five years experience in the industry, I have successfully planned and coordinated over 350 events, including approximately 100 weddings. I absolutely adore the fact that I get to help plan such an important day in people's lives. I get to share and witness all the special moments that make up that day and know that I was there to help make it happen. I mist up at every wedding I'm at and I hug the necks of my new found friends at the end of their special day knowing we've worked together to make their dreams come true. This is why I know I have the best "job" that exists and why I work so hard at it.

By providing professional, fun and exciting full service wedding planning to brides, I devote my experience, high energy and attention-to-detail to organizing your celebration so you will have the wedding of your dreams and enjoy every step along the way. I only commit to the number and service level of weddings that allows me to keep my focus and to give full attention to each of my brides. When you contract with Each & Every Detail, you know your consultant will be a professional, with assistants on your special day as needed. My staff assistants are also wedding planners, ensuring the best quality of service.

Certifications:
I completed training through the American Association of Certified Wedding Planners (AACWP) and the Dallas Wedding Planner program. I continue my education with AACWP with monthly education sessions. Oh, and I'm a graduate of Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science, Class of ‘98. Whoop!
Professional Associations: Currently, I am a member of AACWP and the National Association of Catering Executives. I am a Past President of Collin County Event Professionals and a past board member of AACWP. My association memberships mean to you that I adhere to a strict code of ethics. For example, the AACWP mandates that its members do not take kickbacks or commissions from other vendors to direct brides to use them exclusively. Instead, I turn these offers into discounts for my brides. Click here to view the AACWP Code of Ethics.
