They’ve been to my “How to Hire a Wedding Planner” info session and decided to do something similar for photography, which I’m SOOOOOO excited about. This is a must see people!

Wedding tradeshows are almost a tradition now for brides-to-be to attend and learn about the wonders of planning a wedding. Unfortunately, they’ve become a monstrous thing that is not the delight it used to be for attendees. So many times I hear brides say the shows are overwhelming, noisy and overall un-useful. They go for ideas, research and of course the “freebies” they give out at these events. They end up attending a tradeshow that while loud and crowded with vendors, is ultimately dull and wears them out, so they are struggling to get to their car at the end with bags of promo materials they never have time to sift through and feeling completely bewildered by what just happened.

Well, now there’s a new show out there. It’s called “Unveiled, The Ultimate Wedding Planning Event”, and let me tell you, I think it’s going to be super! This show is crafted to be an inspiration to brides, grooms, mothers of the bride, bridesmaids, and everyone else that has a crucial role in the wedding! Bill Bates Cowboy Ranch is one of my favorite venues in McKinney (ok, technically Celina).  They were sweet enough to actually build a chapel on the property for two of my brides [Krissy & Paul] to use for their weddings.  What great customer service!  Well, Trina and the gang are up to something new and our now opening the ranch up to the public with concerts from great local talents, such as Maylee Thomas, Kevin Deal, Max Stalling and more!  Check out their line up for the month of May:

It seems like there is always a bridal show to go to, espeically in the first 3 months of the year.  All of you newly engaged brides have your pick of places to check out new ideas, great vendors and get some freebies while you’re at it!  Well, here’s another one to add to your list of places to visit:  Eldorado Country Club.

ECC has joined in and opened up their club for brides and grooms-to-be to come check out their ballrooms and meet with their preferred vendors.  On Sunday, March 29th, from 4 to 6pm, they’ll be showcasing their talents in helping you to create the wedding of your dreams.   Their preferred vendors will be on hand to answer questions and help with any of your wedding needs, including Each & Every Detail.  We will be offering onsite consultations to answer any of your questions, talk about your wedding and just plain hang out.

Each quarter, I host an info session to let you know how wedding planners can help, what we do and how to find the right planner for you.   The next session will be held on March 18th April 15th from 7-8.30pm at D’Vine Wine of Plano.  Through the support of my fabulous vendors, this session will continue to be FREE! 

Mama Emilia’s will have some delicious food for us and D’Vine Wine is donating their fabulous Tuscana room.  Door prizes are being donated as we speak, such as a gift card from Sweet Art Bakery.  Thank you to each and every one of you!
