Wrap-up Services and Wedding Day Coordination

- Approximately 4 meetings
- 1st meeting: Initial consultation to get to know you and your fiancé, discuss your wedding day vision, and review contracts & proposals
- 2nd meeting: Discuss ceremony & reception timeline/structure and put together wedding week agenda, create a floor plan (Each & Every Detail will work with your vendors outside of this meeting to gather their input and notify them of decisions made.)
- 3rd meeting: Final wrap-up meeting with ceremony and reception venues
- 4th meeting: Finalize all the little details, hand over any items that Each & Every Detail needs to take care of for the big day
- Wedding etiquette advice & guidance
- Rehearsal attendance and direction
- Wedding day setup & coordination
- Include wedding day assistants as needed
- Meet industry professionals at ceremony and reception site for their deliveries and for their set up (usually arriving ½ hour prior to any other vendors to verify venue is prepared for deliveries)
- Bring all items to ceremony and reception provided by client (cake knife, toasting flutes, favors, escort cards, table numbers, etc) and setting in their proper place
- Instruct ushers on family seating and timing
- Confirm possession of rings prior to ceremony
- Take care of any last minute details that might arise
- Handle any emergencies that arise during setup or execution of wedding
- Provide emergency kit for small needs during the day
- Execute all ceremony plans and details with industry professionals
- Supervise reception and coordinate details of reception with industry professionals
- Pin flowers on attendants and distribute bouquets (if bride is not using a full service florist)
- Cue bridal party and parents for events
- Distribute tossing items to guests for the bride and groom grand exit
