Wedding Vision Concept and Theme Development - creating the overall look of your wedding hand-in-hand with you to encompass all elements, from the food to the favors. Also includes suggestions on attire and attendance of fittings for bride, groom and attendants at bride’s discretion.
Strategic Planning - checklists, timeline, payment reminders and development of wedding weekend agenda (in coordination with your wedding vendor team)
Create Budget - develop and maintain personalized budget for all wedding purchases
Ceremony & Reception Venue Selection - including 4 site tours arranged and attended by Each & Every Detail along with bride and key decision makers
Wedding Team Vendor Selection - including unlimited referrals to highly qualified vendors, interview attendance and proposal, contract & price negotiation
Etiquette advice - while I encourage brides to create their own traditions, I always keep in mind and respect wedding customs and traditions and provide etiquette advice to the bride and their wedding party as needed
Unlimited consultations by phone, email or in person
Custom wedding website - created to reflect your personality and to help inform your guests of the wedding plans and surrounding activities
Stationary Selection Help - including "save the date" announcements, invitations, reception cards, rehearsal dinner invitations, menu cards, escort and place cards, table numbers, calligrapher referral, etc
Documentation Management - If not provided by the venue, Each & Every Detail provides a floor plan to be used by your wedding team, plus I maintain all vendor proposals and contracts as they change throughout the process, insuring that what you have ordered will be delivered
Wedding Team Communication - Each & Every Detail will keep all vendors abreast of wedding weekend plans through the process (not just the week of the wedding), insuring that your team is knowledgeable and ready at any time to discuss your wedding plans
Assistance at vendor appointments for bride - such as bridal photo shoot, menu tastings, cake selection, etc.
Guest Management - tracking RSVPs, arranging hotel accommodations, guest transportation, hospitality gift selection and delivery
Rehearsal Dinner Coordination - including venue referrals, entertainment suggestions, menu suggestions and onsite coordination as needed (determined by Each & Every Detail)
Wedding Party Communication - email wedding weekend agenda to key players such as parents of bride and groom, all attendants, house party, ushers and of course the bride & groom
Rehearsal Attendance & Coordination
Wedding Day Preparation & Coordination - including unlimited hours on this day to prepare your wedding ceremony and reception sites, assist the bride, groom & wedding party, manage vendors, deliveries, set up, any emergencies that arise, distribute vendor payments/tips, and provide comprehensive emergency kit throughout the day
