Then we come back to help finalize all the details and make sure everything is ready to go for your big day. This package allows you and your family to truly enjoy your stress free wedding day while we manage all the details. Here are some of the services included in this package:
- Unlimited consultations by email, unlimited consultations by phone starting two months prior to wedding day
- Unlimited vendor recommendations
- Four in person consultations, with the first scheduled immediately to discuss plans already made and to help strategize about wedding planning process
- Finalize details with vendors, create agenda and floor plan
- Final walk through with venue(s), caterer and other crucial vendors
- Final consultation to collect items for delivery to ceremony and reception
- Rehearsal attendance and coordination
- Wedding day preparation and coordination
- Complimentary Online System to track your budget, manage your guest list and check off your task list
- Two trained wedding planners on site on the wedding day
Here are just some of the tasks we accomplish as your wedding coordinator on your special day
- Meet industry professionals at ceremony and reception site(s) for deliveries and set up (unlimited hours on site is included in your package)
- Deliver all of your items to the ceremony and reception, including set up of items like place cards
- Pin personal flowers for wedding party and family
- Instruct ushers on family seating and timing
- Cue wedding party and family for processional and other events during the wedding day
- Execute all ceremony and reception details with industry professionals
- Provide emergency kit for small needs during the day
- Handle emergencies that might come up
